The Event Coordinator Intern will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events that support the mission and fundraising efforts of our organization.
Requirements:
- Support the planning and logistics for fundraising events, community outreach programs, and awareness campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating vendors, venues, sponsors, and volunteers.
- Manage event promotions through social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
- Develop creative event themes and engagement strategies.
- Oversee registration, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of event planning software or tools is a plus.
- Passion for nonprofit work and community service.
